It's the best place in Toronto to watch the air show; these seats have never been offered to the public before. The VIP Guest Enclosure is the place to be Air Show weekend!


The VIP Guest Enclosure
Both types of VIP Ticket get you access to the CIAS VIP Guest Enclosure. Admission to the Canadian National Exhibition is INCLUDED in your VIP ticket price. Our VIP Guest Enclosure is set-up on the east side of Marilyn Bell Park, right on the water. You have a direct line-of-sight to the phenomenal feats of aviation going on over Lake Ontario, with no obstructions blocking your view. It's the area where you are most likely to find the pilots signing autographs after their performances. 

 
CIAS Air Show Displays and Vendors
Various performers are bringing their menagerie of show trailers and cool displays to the VIP Guest Enclosure. These trailers are set-up so that our VIP guests can speak to and get autographs from various performers and crew members. Some of the displays include:

• Horsemen-ASB (Air Show Buzz) Bus
• Canadian Forces' Centennial of Flight Tent
• F-22 Raptor Merchandise Tent
• Lucas Oil Racing Simulators

Food & Concessions
There will be dedicated food concessions and additional vendors and exhibitors all within the VIP Guest Enclosure.

On Site Bathrooms
The VIP Guest Enclosure also has its own dedicated bathrooms, not porta-potties! There is no need to run around to find any bathrooms or wait in long lines. The bathrooms are less than 100 metres away from our seating area.

Kids
Babes-in-Arms (2 years of age and younger) are granted FREE admission when accompanied by a parent/guardian to the VIP Enclosure.  At this time due to the limited number of seats, no further discount is available for children.

Wheelchair Accessibility
The CIAS VIP Guest Enclosure is wheelchair accessible and also includes accessible washroom facilities.

Weather
We cannot guarantee the weather. Your safety and the public’s safety is the number one concern of any air show. It’s important for you to know each performer has a routine to accommodate for various weather conditions, including low cloud bases. Both the Snowbirds and Blue Angels have a high show, low show, and a flat show. Each show type will leave you awe-inspired.

Please don’t rely on the weather forecast to help you make up your mind. In our experience “the forecast is usually wrong” for both good weather and bad.

Important Weather Note
Unfortunately we aren’t in a position where we can offer refunds for weather. The Air Show is a rain or shine event.

Parking
Parking is available at several locations close to the CNE Grounds. Marilyn Bell Parking Lot is adjacent to the CIAS VIP Guest Enclosure and parking is available there for a nominal fee.  Lot J on the CNE Grounds is also close by.  Parking spaces are not guaranteed and I advise you to arrive early, as the show is very popular and both parking and traffic become an issue when the planes are in the sky.

In 2009, we've created two VIP ticket options for you . . .

Option #1: The "CIAS VIP Flight Deck" Presented
by Air Combat Zone
With the CIAS VIP Flight Deck presented by Air Combat Zone , you get the same experience and treatment as our corporate sponsors, military VIPs, and dignitaries, all in a dedicated waterfront chalet. The VIP Flight Deck is right on the water's edge. You're as close as you can be to the air show action.

Catered Food & Drinks on the Flight Deck
Included in your VIP Flight Deck ticket price is catered food and an open wine and beer bar from 12:30 PM until 4:30 PM each day. You'll be well fed and hydrated to enjoy the show. In addition, each CIAS Flight Deck ticket holder gets a copy of the award winning, internationally-recognized, Airspeed Magazine. Our show programme is once again jam-packed with incredible photography, great stories and a celebratory double-cover. 

At the CIAS Flight Deck you will be hosted by Air Combat Zone staff, enjoy chances to win awesome CIAS performer SWAG and perhaps be visited by some CIAS performers and crew.

CIAS Flight Deck - Pricing
Non-Insiders can purchase tickets, if they still remain, for
$175.00 CAD per person starting Friday, August 28th. Only 300 CIAS Flight Deck VIP tickets exist.

We are offering CIAS Insiders a $50.00 per-ticket-discount
for the CIAS VIP Flight Deck.  CIAS Insider Discount Flight Deck Tickets are $125.00 CAD per person, per day.

Option #2: Preferred Seating
If the Flight Deck isn't for you, we have created a more affordable option . . . Preferred Seating gets you into the VIP Guest Enclosure and upfront seating. You do not need to bring your own lawn chair or blanket, because we provide you with your own seat.

We have cordoned-off the first few rows of seating. Currently there are 100 seats available each day within the first three rows. You have access to food and drink that you are welcome to purchase from our great on-site vendor.

The tickets for sale are not assigned to a specific seat, but Preferred Seat ticket holders will be seated in the reserved area.

With a "Preferred Seating VIP Ticket" you get . . .

Preferred Seat - Pricing

  Non-Insiders can purchase tickets, if they still remain, for $85.00 CAD per person starting Friday, August 28th. There are 100 preferred seats available per day for purchase.

CIAS Insiders get a $20.00 per-ticket discount for reserved seats.
CIAS Insider Preferred Seating is $65.00 CAD per person, per day. Starting August 31st, preferred seat pricing increases to $85.00 CDN.

Online Ticket Sales
All VIP ticket sales are online ONLY. You cannot buy VIP tickets anywhere else. Our very secure online ordering system allows you to purchase and print tickets from the comfort of your home or office.  Each ticket contains a unique bar code that gets scanned at the gate of the VIP Guest Enclosure.  That's right, no waiting in lines for VIP ticket holders. After your ticket is scanned and verified, you will be issued a wrist band. All VIP tickets must be purchased online using a credit card.

You Don't Want to Wait to Buy
With only 600 VIP Tickets available, don't wait to buy! Because there are so few VIP Tickets available for purchase, these tickets will SELL OUT.  It's only a question of how "long will they last?"
